Acceptable Use Policy

1. Allowed use

GIF Master is intended for lawful GIF and media workflows, including product demos, tutorials, documentation assets, social posts, support replies, and other legitimate creative or business uses.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for every file, image, video, GIF, text layer, emoji, or other asset you upload or create with GIF Master.

2. Prohibited sexual content

You may not use GIF Master to upload, create, edit, convert, compress, export, store, or share NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or otherwise illegal sexual content.
This rule applies to all GIF and media creation workflows, including video-to-GIF conversion, GIF creation, GIF compression, annotations, overlays, and any future media tools offered by GIF Master.
Non-consensual intimate content, sexual deepfakes, sexual face swaps, sexualized minors, and content involving exploitation or abuse are strictly prohibited.

3. Other prohibited content and conduct

Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or misleading media that violates another person's rights or consent.
Harassment, hate, threats, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, malware, fraud, illegal activity, or content that encourages harm.
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or personal rights.
Attempts to bypass service limits, attack the service, abuse infrastructure, or use GIF Master for high-risk, unlawful, or deceptive activity.

4. Enforcement

We may refuse processing, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, remove access to content, or take other reasonable action if we believe this policy has been violated.

Where required or appropriate, we may report unlawful activity to payment partners, infrastructure providers, or relevant authorities.
