Subscription and billing status when you choose a paid plan. Payment details are handled by Creem as our Merchant of Record and payment provider.
Uploaded videos, images, and GIF files only for the purpose of processing your requested GIF task.
Usage analytics, device, browser, approximate location, and interaction data collected through services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Advertising and measurement data collected through Google AdSense where applicable.

3. Uploaded files

Uploaded videos and media files are used only to complete the requested processing task. We do not permanently store uploaded videos for unrelated use.

Some workflows may process data directly in your browser. When temporary transfer or storage is required for product functionality, we use infrastructure such as Cloudflare CDN and Cloudflare R2.

4. How we use information

To provide online GIF creation, editing, compression, account, login, and subscription features.
To keep the service secure, debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
To understand aggregate usage trends and improve content, onboarding, and tool performance.
