Refund Policy

1. Free credits

Signed-in users may receive 3 free credits every day. These daily credits let you evaluate whether GIF Master fits your workflow before choosing a paid subscription.

After the daily credits are used up, if you choose to subscribe, we treat that choice as confirmation that you understand the service, subscription renewal, and refund rules.

2. General refund rule

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable after purchase, especially when the service has been used during the paid period.

This policy helps keep the service fair while still allowing refunds for clear billing or platform issues.

3. Refunds we may support

Duplicate charges.
A verified system bug that prevents you from using the paid service.
Duplicate purchases caused by platform issues.
Unauthorized payments after verification.

4. Refunds we generally do not support

You do not like the product after purchase.
You feel the result is only average after using the service.
You purchased the wrong plan.
You forgot to cancel automatic renewal.
You used the service and then requested a refund.

5. Subscription cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically.
Yearly plans renew automatically.
You may cancel at any time.
After cancellation, you can continue using the current paid period until it ends.
No further renewal charge will be made after cancellation takes effect.
